This was our first time in Bloomington with Miss N, as well as our first time sharing a hotel room with her. She was a great traveler; she really does enjoy new experiences and surroundings. She happily ate tabouli, bits of gyro, hummus, feta spread, garlic mashed potatoes, chicken marsala and asparagus. We went to an art fair, and strangers kept commenting on what a happy baby she is.
But Nora's very favorite part of the trip-- no contest-- was her introduction to a beautiful girl named Nora.

Awww. Thank you for these super adorable photos. That second one, where she is laughing so hard, is really funny. You took those from the movie, didn't you? And I bet the last one you took with your digital camera because it is very clear. She is truly delighted with herself, and who can blame her?
These pictures remind me that you just can't know what is going through a baby's head. Like Thursday when I was watching her, she found a business card on the floor, and it was very important to her. She examined it for a long while, then she painstakingly carried it to the stairway with the baby gate. I was trying to figure out what she was thinking--like maybe this "ticket" would get her through the gate or something. She pushed it through the wiring of the gate for a while, then took it back to the middle of the room with her and put it in a box, took it out immediately, put it in, etc.
